A joint venture of Florida-based Elion Partners and Kraus-Anderson, the CityPlace project is transforming the site of a vacated corporate office building in a high-traffic east Twin Cities metro corridor into a dynamic, walkable mixed use campus with work-play-live amenities, including hotel, restaurants, shops, lush landscaping and hiking/cycling trails. Phase I retail opened in 2015; future phases include a 75,000 s.f. TRIA Orthopaedic Center; 45,000 s.f. Whole Foods; 116-room Residence Inn Hotel and an office park. The redevelopment is being created in close collaboration with the City of Woodbury.
